How does it work?

• You will receive a visit from an experienced human resource practitioner (alternatively, you are welcome to visit our premises). 
• The purpose of the consultation is to gain an understanding of your company and any specific requirements you may have.
• You may have a specific issue or problem that you are looking for advice on. 
• Depending on the complexity of the issue it may be possible to resolve the problem within an hour.  Alternatively suggested way's forward can be discussed and 'holding' solutions suggested.
• It may be that your existing policies need reviewing or updating and you are having difficulty in prioritising them in line with changes to employment legislation. 
• You could have a full annual plan in place including HR strategy and would like our input regarding its scope and/or where we could help
