Any client who makes a booking via this website will be contacted by one of our sales team within 3 working days to confirm receipt. Should you not hear from us, please contact the office on 01656 657788.

In any event you will receive written confirmation of your booking not less than 5 working days before the course is due to take place.

It is company policy to only run courses that will benifit the customer and the company itself.  If the numbers booked on the course do not make the running of the course viable then we will contact you not less than five working days before the course is due to run and offer you an alternative date.
